I'm worried about feeding my son ...?
My almost 3 years is very difficult. He eats just about anythng habit colorless, beige or chocolate. About the only he will eat meat is the patty in a McDonald's cheeseburger and even then it is rare, you still more than eating bread and cheese. He will eat cookies, chocolate chip granola bars, weet-bix, bread, cheese, crackers, rice (plain), noodles (plain) pasta (plain). I try to do a bit of meat sauce on pasta, it generally agrees with this as long as it is not too much. I can not hide a tiny little bit of stuff with vegetables, it is like a cat with a worming tablet ... eat everything and at the end, he spits. He returned nothing else you try to give him. And he only drinks water. Nothing else. He used to eat everything and anything like a baby. Is this just a phase? Will he grow out of it? He seems pretty healthy, he's not fat, not thin and it hardly ever gets sick. I try to sneak up to a multi vitamin crashed into his cereal. Has anyone had the same thing? I am really worried
Yeah they do that, you've had some good advice so far, but honestly, it does not look like a bad diet anyway, and Weetabix cereal, granola bars and cheese - half the world live in this kind of food, cereals and rice. Anyway, my use of six years to eat anything, then he went through a "do not eat that" the step that lasted about two years, not just one thing, but whole bunches things at once it would not even try things he used to love as my pots - but after a while they phase back in and do not forget to love again. Our final which ended this week was peas. Who does not like peas for love God? anyway, literally, after an absence of two years from the peas, he just ate and carried on eating as if nothing had past. Just keep putting food out and it will eventually go back to his diet. In the mean time, make the most of the opinion others and definitely go for chewable vitamins, my son begs for his daily ASDA do a soft NICE Omega 3 and I think that makes a huge difference for him. It uses a horrible tasting fish seem fresh.
