liquid to whipped conversion?
so im making eclairs and it calls for 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and with that you are supposed to make whipped cream but i just want to use cool-whip but i dont know how much already whipped cream equals 1 cup of unwhipped heavy cream...please help if you can

( it's a spam link that you'll find on almost every post. ) You don't really need to know how much do you? Think about how much is in a tub of cool whip and how many eclaires you're doing. For ballpark sake, I'd say a cup of heavy cream would make a little more than one tub equivalent of cool whip.So get two tubs, it keeps for months anyway.
