Almay pure blends eyeshadow?
What is the color of the new shadow simple mixtures of pure oats? The color of oatmeal brown neutral? I'm looking for a neutral brown color. I do not like black so I was looking for something very light, but still brown. So, what color is it? 
It's a bit dark for the neutral, but certainly achievable. If your skin has a tan or gold in it, it would be even better.
