How can I have a flawless face that is completely acne free?
I have a face that is filled with noticeable pores and zits. A Round my eyes, I have noticeable pores. One my nose, there is a zit that won't go away. On the sides of my nose, these like clogged pores on my face and noticeable pores. Under my mouth, zits and noticeable pores. On my tippy top of forehead, lays two zits. Any ways to help? Also, I have aloe Vera gel, so can that help?
Pure aloe vera gel is very healing, but you'll need more than that to clear up your face. Here are some tips you may not have thought up initially:
1. Eat healthy food, avoid processed food. Health food makes your body heal faster, think of each zit as a wound that needs healing.
2. Drink plenty of water, which helps clear up your system
3. Sleep 8 hours per night. This is hard for all of us, but your skin heals when you sleep- it's vital!
4. Wash your face with a gentle foaming cleanser twice per day. One that contains acne fighters like salicylic acid is good. At night after your wash your face, tone your face with a toner of your choice. Find an oil free moisturizer that works for you and use this after you wash your face as well. Finding the right products for you will take time, but it's worth it.
5. BE CONSISTENT. Never go to bed with a dirty face because it will clog your pores. ALWAYS wash and tone your face and live a healthy lifestyle. Believe it or not, even exercise helps clear your skin by increasing blood circulation to your face.
