What is some good food to help with clear, blemish-free skin?
i meant to 'help get clear, blemish-free skin'
actually there is no food that brings you a clear skin, there are foods that make blemishes. you have to avoid them.
Don't eat to spicy foods, chocolate can make a lot of blemishes ( did you know that ? ) and be away from stress.
beside this i use Neutrogena's visibly clear mask. i am male and 22 years old. i have used this for a while and it is perfect. also i use these Neutrogena soaps.they are orange in color and perfect for oily skin.
but as i said stress has a 100% role in controlling the skin blemishes.
