I want to be a mark of Mary Kay rep and form-is it legal to have customers through my website?
Hello, I thought about becoming Mary Kay and brand are representative (selling their products). However, I was wondering if it is legal to promote the brand Mary Kay makeup on my personal website to help me win more customers. I do plan to follow all the rules in the money I make from the products that I will sell the company and I keep everything that is mine%. Is it legal to do this?
I do not see why not. If you have purchased, you should be able to resell it. I see ad on ebay for this stuff all the time. People looking to buy online or Mary Kay Avon will more than likely buy it directly from their websites. Maybe you can open accounts with multiple suppliers and to sell all products on your site. This option offers the advantage Combined shipping. If you open a website with avon you will make money when I shop online I use the official site and scroll down and choose a name at random from my zip code to help somebody out. My mother and grandmother both sell Avon and watch them, I think the way the more profitable to sell such products are: 1) fundraising in schools Profits go to children, but its great for marketing .. My mother does this raise money for my trip after high school classes and fundraising for many teachers and students still bought it. 2.) Whenever Avon has a huge stock sales and sell for these items to local dollar stores, small shops, or any other small local shop privatley owned) 3.) Flee Markets 4.) go to nursing homes around the holidays and set up a table in the lobby. They enjoy the convineice of able to purchase items for their loved ones during the holidays. Remember to bring gift baskets. It also increases your customer base. I think the best selling Avon and Mary Kay is to network and build relationships with people. Selling door to door are no longer in fashion and sales to a small circle of freinds is not very profitable, but if you can build relationships with people in your community, you can sort your products in places like your living room hairdressing premises and make lots of money. I do not think online sales will be profitable if your sales are difficult to find or discontinued products.
