the difference between foundation and concelor?
i would also like to kno what is the best kinda of concelor and foundation i.e.: powder, liquid, stick, wand, etc.
and what is a good cheap brand for both concelor and foundtion that can be bought at a drugsstore?
also i have dark skin so what shade of both should i get?

well, the best type of concealer is liquid (if u ask me) cuz it stays the longest n doesnt smudge no matter wut. i use revlon's colorstay undereye concealer (not just for dark circles) in 'medium', but i think u should go for 'warm beige' instead. note: wands are not good, because u cannot control how much concealer is being applied to ur face. also, dont use a brush for concealer if u r not experienced - u get better results using ur finger anyways.
for foundation, the type of the foundation depends on ur skin type.
oily skin - liquid foundation, powder
dry skin - mineral foundation, cream foundation
combination - cream, powder
normal - any type will work
the best foundation that i have tried is maybelline's dream matte mousse foundation. its light, easy to blend, easy to apply n doesnt cost a lot. they have a variety of shades, so u can pick the one that works with ur skin tone. tip: test on ur hand. ur foundation should be 1-2 shades lighter than ur hand.
