Do you apply moisturiser or primer if so which first?
Hey guys quick question regarding base, i use chanel pro lumiere foundation and absolutely love it except i was finding it kind of hard to blend until I was told that i am supposed to have moisturiser applied first. I now realise this is right but being a primer fan i don't know what is right to do, do you moisturise first then apply primer, or is it ok to just use moisturiser? Will it last the same amount of time? Any answers will be greatly appreciated!
It's moisturizer first wait 10 min the apply primer wait 5 min then foundation then concealer then powder.
