What is the best eye makeup remover?
I started using a primer for me before I put on my makeup.It maintains creasing.It composition also makes it harder to wash my off.It feel I must wash my eyes 2-3 times.I would use the makeup remover first and then wash with soap.I would like to know the best one.Hopefully one.Thanks not all flights for your help.
