Can normal fluid / Mineral Foundation to cover scars on legs?
Can normal fluid / mineral foundation to cover scars on legs, or will they make it more noticeable? And if she can cover up scars, which is better, liquid, or mineral? Thank you!
I do not think so but I use to have a really nasty scar on my leg and I use the products MEDERMA and in a few weeks it was hardly noticeable.
