How to have a model for Victoria Secret as the body for summer?
Its been again, and I really want to wear a bikini and feel confident and sexy. Im going to Las Vegas in June and would like to have a close as possible to the body victoria secret. currently in the soft underbelly with love handles, and in dire need of arms Im tonic. I weigh around 129 and im 5'2. How in the world do the models get bodies like that?! If someone could legitimately help me that would be great!
I can understand:) You must understand that the models do not work on them and makeup is used to cover defects of their face and even body. Some tend to have unhealthy eating habits. But one thing that will help you to def format is cardio because it helps all the fat loss! Find a friend and jogging every day and the pounds will melt. Be sure to watch your calorie (PLEASE do undereat!) For example, say you use about 2000 calories per day. A reduction of 500 calories per day for a week will help you lose one pound. Do not go overboard and try to eat like 1000 calories a day, because that will only slow your metabolism and make you gain more fat. Eat So about 1700 calories a day and jogging will help you lose a few calories too! Moreover, working with weights (women are not bulky muscles if weight training - it invigorates them. Those who look like bodybuilders do a lot of training to get there). If you keep this place from now you 'll look great!
